This must have been quite a bit of work holmes. Great post. Alot of these fights I never would have seen.

Ah, you should check squarespace out, they have a demo if you sign up. It’s a new generation of wysiwyg (what you see is what you get), that can make really gorgeous sites pretty easily and is very easy to update. Also, they handle the hosting side (from what I understand).

That way you could have a very professional looking site that could be mmaworldrankings.com or .net or somesuch. You should play with it and see what you think. If you’re interested I could get a coupon code and you’d get like 10% off (yeah, it costs some money if you want to use it properly, but not a whole lot).

Have you considered getting a hosted site with a unique url?
Maybe squarespace?

Thanks for the info. I know he beat Jeff Bedard who is a bantamweight but i looked around and you’re right, Card fight mostly at featherweight. Thanks!

p.s. Connors is a tough guy so i look forward to watching him in the future.

I feel uncertain about it too. The only thing i can say to defend myself is that he has been way more active than Randy and Nog. Herring nearly finished Nog and he is overlooked too often. Kongo’s win over Cro Cop was as big as anything Randy/Nog has done and his loss to Herring was razor close. That may not suffice but luckily he will get a chance to prove on Saturday.

Kongo at 5 fascinates me.
Win against CC was big, then a loss to 20th ranked Herring, then three wins over opponents of low or unknown quality.

Having him above Nog and Randy makes me feel funny.

Also: totally hyped for Saturday.

I get the same impression. He’d been on Inside MMA and it sounded like he was really working on improving. I was looking forward to the fight to see how far he’d come.

It didn’t look like he’d gotten very far in his evolution and at this point in his career he probably needs to evolve faster.
