  1. Terrific list…probably the best HW rankings I’ve seen. I’m surprised to see Assuerio Silva make it on the list.

  2. Thanks Jack,

Assuerio is hanging on by a thread right now. He needs to start winning to stay ranked.

  3. Carwin imo is 15-20 world hw right now i understand though he doesnt have the most exposure at the moment i sitll believe though at 46 for carwin that is ludicrous
Yoshida at 25…come on that is a joke…he is super washed up
I really don’t see how you could possibly have Kongo ahead of Overeem kharitonov and Emelianenko
    solid rankings

  4. Thanks Matt,

Yoshida is going to drop soon. He hasn’t been active lately against quality competition.

Carwin is fighting on the 18th agains Neil Wain. If he gets another win, he will rise. Perhaps he is a top 20 talent but I haven’t seen his ground game tested yet nor his other skills against top competition. He looked very good in his last fight, but that was against Christian Wellisch (hardly an elite fighter.)

Kharitonov and Emelianenko need some competition. They havn’t fought a top 10 guy in some time. Overeem and Kongo are neck and neck. I wouldn’t argue with you if you had Overeem ahead of Kongo or vice versa.

    Thanks again.
